This first entry finds me on my 3rd day of this trip. An overnight with my sister and brother-in-law and then an overnight in Perry State Park in Kansas with a visit to a couple of Tampa camping buddies on the way puts me in John Martin State Park in Colorado tonight. Bad south winds kept mileage down today and the trip through Kansas cost twice as much as it should have in gas.
This is a nice resevoir and, aside from a red coyote seen on the campground road, I am the only one here so far. I'll try to shoot some sunset shots later. For now, here are a couple shots from the Kansas camp.
